This would include the use of the wedding venue of your choice. The marriage room is available for you for half an hour which allows time for your wedding ceremony, signing the mariage schedule and some photography.
Your Photographer will meet you at the marriage venue. The photographs will begin with a picture signing the marriage schedule (with exception to the Diamond Service where a photograph will be taken of the Bride going in) followed by a selection inside the marriage venue including some family groups. Thereafter you will enjoy a walk around the grounds of your chosen venue while having a selection of informal and romantic shots taken.
Our Piper shall firstly lead the Groom and guests into the marriage venue before returning for the Bride. The Bride will make her grand entrance to the sound of the bagpipes. The Piper will also play a selection of tunes during your photography around the grounds. The piper will be included in the photographs.
Your chosen transportation will collect the Bride from the hotel and take her to the marriage venue. Your Car or Horse & Carriage shall feature in a few of the photographs before returning you back to the hotel.
A Horse & Carriage may be available should you wish something a little different. This would however incur a surcharge of £60 (£130 for a trip to the Mill). Please note The Horse & Carriage would only make one trip each way.
You are required by law to have two responsible persons over the age of 16 to act as witnesses of your marriage. We can arrange professional witnesses if required . Cost would be £30 for two witnesses
You will be contacted by our Florist to arrange the colour scheme for your wedding flowers and discuss the various styles of bouquets and types of flowers available for the time of year.
Additional flowers to match your bouquet may be ordered e.g.. Bridesmaids Bouquet/posy, Mums Corsage, Best Man and Dads Button Holes. You may also wish to consider table decorations for your reception or bouquet for the mums.
Your wedding video service would start with your arrival at the wedding venue, film the ceremony, signing the marriage schedule and while you have some photographs taken inside. It would continue to film as you make you was around the grounds of the venue having you photographs taken. Your film will be edited with titles and some romantic music.
Your bridal accommodation would consit of two nights in a bridal suite or executive standard room. When booking a hotel for you we would ensure the same hotel was also able to cater for a reception meal for you and all your guest, also if required an evening function. Please advise should you require a meal or function. You would then liase direct with the hotel regarding your menus and reception requirements. Many hotels make a charge for function rooms
